Yes. Sales reps with a phone number connected to their PYLR profile can text a customer name, wines, quantities and requested delivery date. PYLR matches the order against the distributor's customer and product records, prepares a draft and replies with a link to review it.
Can PYLR also read orders sent by email?
Yes. Forward an order to orders@in.getpylr.com from an email address connected to your PYLR account. PYLR can read the email body and supported PDF, CSV and spreadsheet attachments, match customers and products, and prepare draft orders for review.
Does a text automatically submit the order?
No. The message creates a draft. You review the customer, wines, quantities, prices, delivery details and warehouse before submitting. If PYLR cannot safely match a detail, it asks for clarification or leaves it for review.
Do I need to sign in to review a text order?
Yes. The reply links to your order inside PYLR. If you are signed out, sign in to an authorized account to continue. The short link does not grant access to your private order data.
