Distributor pricing is based on the number of active delivery warehouses plus usage-based fees for specific actions. Supplier pricing is an affordable annual subscription plus pay-as-you-go for advanced actions. No per-seat fees for either.
Certain actions like exports, copilot interactions, and compliance filings are metered and billed monthly. You only pay for what you use. Most customers see very low usage costs.
Yes. The free tier gives suppliers aggregate totals (depletion counts, inventory) with masked customer names. A paid subscription unlocks full access with unmasked data, analytics, and copilot.
No. Unlimited users are included for both distributors and suppliers.
Distributors have a commitment period after onboarding. Suppliers have no contract and can cancel anytime.
